User History Report

The User History Report found by clicking “Reports” then “User History Report” lets you run a report seeing clients that haven’t had an appointment in a certain amount of time (set by the user).

Configurable reports give you the info you need.

Notice the drop down menus that allow you to see user not schedule in a user defined amount of time.  Now you can easily view lists of clients you need to contact!  No more wondering when a certain clients last appointment was, just run this report and you’ve got an instant marketing list!

Client List

The client list report is a simple list giving you easy access to your clients name, email and phone number.  All reports have email and printing capabilities built in.  We are aiming to make it easy for you to work with the data you put in.  These are two of the newest reports available, with more to come!
